What type of payments do you accept? We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover Card, American Express, PayPal, PayPal eChecks, Company Checks and Money Orders. Do I have to pay Sales Tax on my order? In the states that we have presence, we are required to charge the appropriate sales tax. Since we ship from the most efficient locations from across the country, there is a small chance that you may be charged sales tax due to local or state laws.
How long will it take to receive my order? We try our hardest to process and ship all orders within 1-2 business days after payment is received. Estimated delivery time for ground shipping is 5-10 business days, unless an alternate shipping method is specified. If an alternate method is chosen, delivery time will depend upon the type of shipping service you've specified and your location. (Specialty and custom orders are handled differently than regular merchandise and can take up to 3-6 weeks to fill before shipping. Large quanity of single items are accepted. Minimum order of is 5000 pieces per style and may take up between 90 -180 days to fill) What is your order Cancellation Policy? Once an order is placed on our website, it goes directly to the warehouse for fulfillment. Therefore, once an order is placed, it can not be cancelled. You will be able to return the items for a refund minus shipping charges. What is your Shipping Policy? Our shipping and handling rates were designed to be as reasonable for our members as possible. Items marked as "may require additional shipping and handling" are bulky or heavy items which cost more to ship. As such, these items have a slightly reduced profit margin. Although we do not charge more for shipping, members wanting to recoop some of this loss could justifiably charge their customers a higher shipping fee or a handling fee for these items. Any problems with an order must be reported within 10 days of receipt. To obtain our authorization to return a defective item for credit or replacement, simply call our Customer Service. Non-defective merchandise returns will incur a 25% restocking fee, and must also be returned within 15 days of purchase. Product boxes and/or items that have been written on or otherwise marked will not be considered for credit or replacement. Shipping fees to customer are non-refundable.
